    Here is what I've done so far this week

    Sunday-Grilled 3 chicken breast and 2 corn on the cob, Ate 1 breast and 1 corn
    Monday-Used 1 breast and made Chicken Alfredo, still have enough for another meal
    Tuesday-Grilled 2 sirloins w/Zucchini, squash and onions ate 1 steak, veggies and left over corn
    Wednesday-Steak Quasadilla
    Thursday- Final Chicken breast and left over veggies(if the still look decent) and rice
    Friday-Left over Alfredo if I don't go out
