Smoking some chicken today

Decided to put a few things on today
Beer can chicken, three diff flavored 1/4's and the on the right is just 4 1/4's that were already seasoned (just for the hell of it)

I bought a brisket while I was there that I'll probably cook tomorrow... buy might wait till Friday.

I'm trying to decide on when to cook a brisket also. My wife is getting tired of eating BBQ so I might have to take a day off from smoking. I plan on going all out on 4th of July though. Going to do two pork butts alot of sausage some bacon wrapped jalapenos and anything else I can think of.

nice... we are going to my dads lake place so i'm not going to be able to smoke anything... there is a guy that is always cooking something though so I'm sure we will still eat well
