Bought a dozen pacific oysters from a local fishmonger and shucked them to the half shell. (kept as much liquid as possible)
Melted some butter and garlic in a small skillet, and put all the oysters on the grill over high heat for roughly 3 mins with a cup of romano cheese evenly spread throughout them (cheese getting light brown and bubbly. Added the butter and garlic, cook for another 3.
Ate em right off the grill while sitting on the patio. Easy and delicious.
