NBA Playoffs...who will the Mavs face in the playoffs?

Portland wrapped up the 6th seed last night, so barring a Lakers loss tonight, that's our opponent. Anyone skeered?

If everything stays as is, these are the matchups for the 1st rd:

SA vs Memphis
LAL vs New Orleans
Dallas vs Portland
OKC vs Denver

In the East:
Chicago vs Indiana
Miami vs Philly
Boston vs NY
Orlando vs Atlanta

In the East, I don't see a lower seed taking out a higher seed in the 1st round. In the West, I can see Denver knocking off OKC, but I doubt it. I can also see the potential for Portland taking out Dallas. I think those are the only possible upsets.

There is really no one strong in the West that I think can win the ring this year. Not even S.A due to their Defense. I think Dallas will be ok if they play Portland.

I'm just not feeling the Mavs vs Blazers matchup, I know we split the series but the Mavs beat them earlier in the season. Now Portland has been playing well come the end and are looking fairly tough for the Mavs to matchup against.

I don't like the matchup with portland either. Roy is slowly getting back to form, and Wallace was a very good pickup for them. NO doesn't scare me at all without David West.

Keep in mind that LA plays the Kings tonight. (2nd night of a back to back, without Bynum, and possibly without Barnes and Blake, and it's potentially Sacramento's last game in that Arena against a bitter hometown rival.....) ANYTHING could happen!
