You know I'm a big mavs fan but until they get Dirk some help then they won't win any championships anytime soon or go deep into the playoffs. When Jet is your second best player then you are in trouble.

I didn't even bother watching last night. With Kidd and Chandler sitting out, I didn't think there would be a snowballs chance in hell.

One problem I see with the Mavs is they dont have a consistent 2nd scorer on this team. Outside of Dirk, there isnt one guy that you can consistently expect to score points night in and night out. Terry, Marion, Roddy B are streaky.

They have had that problem since 2001.

Mavs are struggling bad, this is the wrong time of the year to have a slump like this. Losing to the Nuggets last night who are a playoff team right now. This isn't good at all, they are a mess. With only 4 games left in the regular season and Oklahoma Thunder only 1-game back it doesn't look to great right now.

mavs have now lost 4 in a row and look terrible. everything they do seems forced and unnatural. points are hard to come by and defense went out the window. i know chandler was out but he hasn't been nearly on the same level as earlier this season.

it's good their problems popped up now and not the playoffs but i doubt they can fix it. sucks but it feels like another 1st round boot.
