He is playing well right now, but you also have to think about the games he's missed due to injury. I have a hard time justifying the MVP to someone who has missed games. I hate to say it, but Tom Brady is near the top of the list, IMO.

Why doesn't Matt Ryan or Philip Rivers come into the conversation. Rivers is the only reason the Chargers are still alive. Ryan is leading a good team just as well Brady is.

Matt Ryan does deserve some consideration but not Phillip Rivers. In the 5 games Vick has started, he is 4-1. The only loss was against the Redskins which Vick got hurt early in that game. He has thrown no INT's this season. You have to give it to Vick.
