He is good enough to get the Cowboys to contend. He doesn't get them over the hump. He needs a great supporting cast to get it done.

What list is that? All of the QBs you have on your list have years in experiance and all (with the exception of Brady) went through some bad years on bad teams till they built up. Romo rode the pine, learned and when his numer was called he performed, he has not done anything but be consistant when others around him didn't perform. Hes a good QB and coaches/OC's around the NFL would kill to have a quality QB like Romo.
