I’ve been watching the Tour de France which is devoid of politics. There is a young US rider from Colorado showing a lot of promise for the future too. FIFA was smart to ban politics from their sport decades ago.

Is that so?



Hmmmmm.... I may actually have to start watching it. I just wish we could go back to having sports as the non-political pro-american unifying thing I remember it being as a kid.

Even a political junkie like me needs something outside of it.

Yes, because they cover the world and international play, politics is not allowed. MLS in the US blew it though and so did USA soccer. I need to see if Premier League cucked out too. I hope not.
