The Mets scored 8 runs in the 6th. Looked like batting practice for them.

Happen to catch the pitcher(s) that gave those runs up? Couldn't imagine the starter still being in after giving up 6 in 5. Then again, it is Ron Washington, so there's no telling with him.

When Hamilton threw his bat into the stands I could have had that damn thing!!! I was pissed!!! The guy who caught it got offered an autographed ball or hat so they could get the bat back. F-That! I'd have kept it. But man they got killed today.

I didn't catch the first few innings. It was 6-2 when I tuned in, and Bush was in. I don't know that he started, but I believe he was the one that gave BP in the 6th.

A rash of shitty umping there in the early innings didn't serve to help this team's seemingly fragile psyche from the get go, but that shouldn't even be an issue against the Mets. The All-Star break can't get here soon enough.

They don't seem to be gelled together quite as tightly this year as they were last. Is that just me?

Hell no! When the manager "platoons" players every night, they won't be as comfortable. It's a guessing game night-to-night on who will play in RF, LF, 1st, DH, and maybe 2nd or 3rd. I still maintain that's the reason for the horrid error numbers. At least they're tops in the league at something!
