The third base coach saw a chance to steal a run, and he took it. Ron obviously told the coaches to make them run agressive yesterday. The only person who screwed up in the whole thing was Josh.

Anyone think he may have hurt it on the slide into third before that?

He said he heard two pops when he slid in at home.


And the Rangers knew what they were getting when they took the chance on Josh. They knew the damage the drugs did to his body and knew when he got hurt it was going to take longer to recover. Let's just hope this is his one DL stint for the year.

Now we just wait for Kinsler to get hurt.

Who is this Bush guy pitching?

Used to be a starter for the Brewers and was very mediocre there. Pitched 200 innings once in his career. He strikes out more than he walks though and seemed to be pretty decent today as a spot starter. I remember us talking about trading for him a few years ago when Milwood and Padilla were all we had.

Bush didn't give up any runs, but didn't pitch all that well. He went 3 innings and threw over 70 pitches...and was always in trouble. Tobin has looked better.

The Rangers finally got on the board and are up 1-0 in the top of the 6th.
