I fucking hated the Cooper trade. HATED it. Maybe he just needed a change of scenery, time will tell I guess. I'm not ready to call it the franchise turnaround that is so desperately needed, but so far, I was dead fucking wrong.

I think his age is what made it ok in my mind. He's essentially only 2 years older than what a rookie would be but has 4 years experience and 2 pro bowls. Assuming he can stay near the pace he's been on since joining us then it'll be a no brainer. At some point teams are going to completely double him which will be good for Zeke and if Gallup can get in sync with Dak we'll have a very potent offense that can control the clock when needed. Even more better if we can get a good pass catching tight end

Yep I was mad about the trade (since we gave up 1st rd) but thus far it's made the biggest impact I've seen in a while!
