    NCAA playoff committee rankings are in.

    I guess the good news is that one of the top 5 teams has to lose since LSU is playing Alabama this week. So looking forward Clemson, Ohio State and whoever wins the LSU - Bama game should finish in the top 4. If Michigan State beats Ohio State they'll jump into the last spot.

    So we could see an undefeated Big 12 team not making the playoffs - Again.

    I'm not sure anyone will run the table in the Big 12. I also don't understand the bias towards Notre Dame and a few others. Clemson is in that group for sure. Bottom line is they need 8 teams in the playoff and let it roll.

      Michigan State beats Ohio State and both are in the playoffs? Not happening. If TCU/Baylor goes undefeated I think they'll be in.

            I'm assuming current strength of schedule, which will work itself out if they run the table. TCU and Baylor have yet to play OU, Ok State, and each other.

                In a way yes your correct, but this also is a message to who you face out of confernce. If you play teams outside of your conference who are contenders are good teams on a year to year basis then it helps.

                If you don't and play weak teams then it'll be a disadvantage to you.

                I agree that this should be a 8 team playoff rather than 4.
