This right here on the Pats. It was obvious what was done and they were caught. I'm still trying to figure out how this ended up in court in the first place. You would think the CBA would outline an appeal process for a suspension and that be it. Courts don't need to be tied up mitigating crap like this.

The judge is a fucking idiot, because he let his opinion influence his decision rather than the facts. So yes, "fucking idiot" stands.

Nope. Goodell botched the case. Improper procedure/code violation. The judge made the same call that any other judge hearing the case would have done.

The Court finds that Commissioner Goodell's denial of the Players Association's motion to
produce the Paul, Weiss investigative files, including notes of witness interviews, for Brady's
use at the arbitral hearing was fundamentally unfair and in violation of9 U.S.C. § 10(a)(3) and
that Brady was prejudiced as a result. The interview notes were, at the very least, the basis for
the Wells Report, and Brady was prejudiced by his lack of access to them. Brady was denied the
opportunity to examine and challenge materials that may have led to his suspension and which
likely facilitated Paul, Weiss attorneys' cross-examination of him. Because the investigative
files included the unedited accounts of the witness interviews, the Wells testimony at the arbitral
hearing failed to put Brady "in the same position as the document[ s] would [have]."

The CBA does outline the appeal process if I'm not mistaken. The whole thing went to court all because Goodell didn't recuse himself from hearing the appeal. And yes, he should have.


Brady cheated, knew he was cheating, and so did the organization. He got caught red handed, and got away with it. There is nothing out of line with his suspension. It's all about the appeal. All this proves is that in Goodell's NFL, you can cheat, get caught, and get away with it because a judge will rule on your side.

I don't see how there is any way Goodell isn't forced to resign after this.

Watch Brady and NFLPA sue the NFL for defamation next. And win. Regardless of the fact that he/they were caught cheating.

Goodell is a fucking idiot because he took the special investigators "more likely than not" and "probably" to be a smoking gun and cover up and proof of guilt. He's an idiot that doesn't understand the concept of due process, so he got his pp stomped for it.

It's more likely than not that most of you fucktards knew this was a bullshit story just designed to keep the NFL on the front of the sports page during the offseason too, but you 'tards fell for that "integrity of the game" bullshit line.
