A few things to take away from last nights game.

JR Smith is still an idiot.
Something is not right with Curry
Lebron deserves his badass status.
Lebron is doing EVERYTHING for this team. Taking the ball up the court, contesting almost every shot on the parameter, taking it to the whole on almost every possession.

I am not sure I have ever seen one guy have to do so much for a team this late in the season. Hell he even had to call a timeout in a scrum on the floor when Delidova(?) actually came up with the ball. Delidova was starting to pass it out to his teammate and Lebron called the timeout, even though the announcer gave credit to Delidova for the timeout.

I know Cleveland has the home court now, but there is no way Lebron can do it all in every game.

Not a huge stat line for Delly, but he was an absolute pest. Frustrated curry bad, tons of hustle plays. The Cavs are going to have to win with defense and hustle if they have a chance, 2 pts from your starting PF, 7 from your starting SG, and 9 from your starting PG is not going to be enough.

Those point outputs are a direct result of how Lebron is running that offense. He holds the ball for probably 80% of the time on a possession and he either shoots or forces a late shot for a perimeter shooter. Granted the shot is usually open, but its not good odds to be forced quickly.

BUT, that is probably how he is going to have to play. He has no other offensive options. He isn't going to dump it down to a big man. There is no other guy on the team that can drive to the hole. There is no other guy that is going to break down the D and pop it back out to an open shooter.

It can still be GS in six (I predicted it too), but I don't see Cleveland losing 3 in a row. I'm starting to thing this thing goes 7. Less games favors Cleveland though. The longer it goes, GS's depth would likely prevail.

Lebron has gone all beast mode in this series. If the Cavs take it all, this will definitely be his most impressive feat.

That's what I mean. I expected them to win maybe game 3 and maybe another game at GS late in the series. Not game 2 and 3.

This. And the part about Lebron having to call timeout ain't no joke. They have a rookie coach that's never been in the NBA before. He's screwed up a few times before and the Assistants and Lebron have had to bail him out.

Looking forward to Game 4 tonight. Man I can't believe how things haven't gotten turned around from Game 1.
