              They're likely to take a corner in the first round, and even with that and Carr they're still shallow at the position. I don't see them releasing him and he said he's not restructuring. They need to stop kicking the can down the road. That situation got them where they are now. And he's still money against the cap if they release him.

                  Word is he had said in some interview that he was going to restructure his signing contract money if the Cowboys got him. It's going to happen. Why else would they restructure Romo's contract. Hardy's contract affects next year's cap. They were only 1.5 over the cap because of McClain's resigning. They don't need much to pay contracts to their draft class. You don't restructure your QB's money because of that. They're posturing for what has been predicted ever since A.P. was suspended from the NFL and that conversation that was released between him and Jerry......He's going to play for Dallas. Wether you like it or not. I'd bet both my balls on that. Lol....wait, no , I'm not a betting man. It'll happen though. Just wait and see......

                        They could have gotten plenty of money several other ways outside of a Romo restructure, but probably not gotten that much total space. They are preparing to do something or at least having "just in case" space.

                        Even if nothing happens, it has raised some eyebrows.
