            Gallardo for game 1, Hamels, then Holland. Hamels would also get game 5 should it be required. I would assume that'd leave Gallardo pitching game 3...and twice in this series. I just don't think that's a good move putting perhaps your 4th/5th starter out there twice in a 5 game series. I know he's done well against the Jays this year, BUT...

                      gallardo won both meetings against Toronto this year. Hamels can pitch both game 2 and game 5 on normal 4 day rest.
