Dallas Mavericks 2014-15 Season Thread

Another good game last night by an upcoming Washington Wizards team (I think they were 7-2 going into last nights game). Wish I could have watched the game but I listened to most of it on the radio. Got a bit of a scare when Dirk twisting his ankle stepping on Kris Humphies foot and he went out of the game and into the locker room to come back a few minutes later. Some good plays between JJ and Brandon Wright. This second unit duo is looking good combining for 19 of Dallas’ 28 4'th Quarter points.

Can't wait for the Lakers game Friday night and hope an ass whopping is coming for them. GO MAVS!

I am really liking the combo of Tyson Chandler and Brandan Wright on the floor at the same time. That is going to be gold for us later in the season. Its early, but overall this team is really impressing me.

Also when have the Mavs ever dunked this much? We use to be known as the soft Mavs and everybody dunked on us.

This is just awesome basketball to watch right now. I do understand that they haven't truly gone up against a defensive powerhouse yet and showed that kind of offense but it's been fun so far. Bring on the Rockets tomorrow!

Yeah, barring significant injury, Mavs are a 55 win team. I like to see them take advantage of the soft teams and put them away early. Lately, a lot of the Mavs starters have barely reached 30 mins in a game. That will pay dividends later in the year. Hell, Dirk scored 23 pts in 21 mins last night. He's been in the low 20 mins per game lately.

Mavs are really looking good... against bad teams. But at least there winning these games. Tonight against Houston might be interesting. Anyone know if Howard is playing?

Yup, they did a good job of catching back up but fell apart in the 4'th Quarter. Poor defense and missed free throws. I will say that the dunk over Scoola (sp??) by Wright was spectacular!
