Spurrier has always been a straight forward guy and that sounded 100% honest. Did like the comment "did you see our new 3-4 defense, how did you like it? Hell I think if we ran a 6-6 defense we would not have been able to slow them down"

Aggies did look good, and SC looked awful. I think it's way too early to say the Aggies look like a contender, and SC looking awful reinforces that. This also goes to show pre season rankings mean shit.

Too early to tell how good each team is and with their schedule it will be 2 months before A&M has another challenge.

A&M will be better with JFF gone, now the coaches can run their offense the way it should be. Front 7 of the defense looked a lot better, secondary still sucks. The true fish Burns was one of the only good ones back there.

It was Ashley's furniture. I am sure they had insurance and it was all over the texaggs and twitter so I bet they are happy they got a ton of advertising and probably at a minimum cost.

The owner said in an interview he feels great about it, and they will be having a check writing party. His sales were like 10-20 times their normal amount for last month, and the insurance company is paying everyone back. One customer bought 20 grand in furniture alone. I think they said over 1 million dollar's worth was sold last month.
