While being all but laughed at for not having
the money. If I were Haas I'd hope for F1 to lose ground to Indy and head that way.

I think Haas said he wanted to go to Formula 1 so that way his companies could be seen global.

^ It's probably because Caterham car is slow. Putting around the track improves reliability!

yea, the delta is massive but they are all running pretty different programs at this point still. fuel loads and tire compound differences being the biggest difference. (Magnussen's fast time was on the softest compound)

mclaren has been the most revealing, running long stints, short stints, both compounds.

mercedes is only focused on turning laps. full weight, full heat reliability testing it seems.

ferrari is lurking, not showing their hand. all of their runs seem to have been on the harder compounds during longer stints. They spent a good chunk of yesterday doing aero tests with pitot tubes.

*just from info i've gathered by reading by reading the daily live updates of the testing.

red bull started late then had a new mechanical issue which ended their day early.
mclaren ran issue free, good times, reliability. 103 laps.
mercedes had a hydraulic issue in the afternoon which lost some time but hamilton was fast this morning.
ferrari was limited with telemetry issues.
marussia very limited track time the last 3 days. not looking so good there.

I was reading that the renaults were on a limited performance package meaning they aren't using over 100 available HP. That will pick up a few seconds for RBR, lotus and maybe even caterham.

Testing has only served to confuse the running order much more. Looks like RBR is definitely hiding something.
