    WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!!! I'm so happy!!

That pussy, Kyle, has needed this for a long time. He needs to be banned for the rest of the season and then one race next season.

NASCAR bars Kyle Busch for Texas races
    Updated Nov 5, 2011 11:49 AM ET

    FORT WORTH, Texas (AP)

Kyle Busch will not be allowed to race in the Sprint Cup or Nationwide races at Texas after he deliberately wrecked championship contender Ron Hornaday Jr. in the Truck Series race.

NASCAR President Mike Helton announced the decision Saturday after a meeting with Busch and Joe Gibbs, his Sprint Cup and Nationwide car owner. Even under the policy of ''Boys, have at it,'' NASCAR determined Busch went too far.

''The responsibility that over the past two or three seasons we've given back to the drivers came I think with a very clear understanding that there could be a line that got crossed,'' Helton said. ''And as annoying as the comments that I've made personally in the past about we'll know it when we see it might have been, we saw it last night.''

Busch left the NASCAR hauler through an exit away from the media.

''This is a tough situation for us and basically what we're trying to do is go through it the right way,'' Gibbs said. ''Everybody here with our race team is trying to meet with everybody that was affected by this and obviously we've got a lot of work to do there and a lot of people to see. But we're going to be try to go through this and try to handle everything in the right way.''

Gibbs said he met with Busch in the driver's motor home, but didn't share what was said.

''It's one of those personal conversations you have when a real tough situation like this comes up,'' Gibbs said.

Busch is the first driver since Robby Gordon in August 2007 to be parked for a Cup race for actions in another NASCAR race the same weekend.

Michael McDowell will take over for Busch in the Cup race Sunday, and Denny Hamlin took over the Nationwide seat Saturday.

Gordon wasn't allowed to drive in a 2007 Cup race at Pocono after an incident during the Nationwide race at Montreal.

Kevin Harvick, the owner of Hornaday's truck, was kept out of the Cup race in Martinsville in 2002 for actions related to a truck race there the previous day.

Hornaday was knocked out of Friday night's truck race on the 14th of 148 laps when Busch retaliated for contact between them by pushing the four-time champion into the wall. The trucks made contact after trying to go three-wide around a slower truck and both then brushed the wall.

Busch got behind Hornaday and kept pushing until the No. 33 truck wound up in the wall.

''I lost my cool, no doubt about it. I've been wrecked four weeks in a row, and I've had enough of it, and I retaliated,'' Busch said by his hauler after the wreck Friday night. ''So it's certainly my fault for doing that. If everybody wants to say, 'Hornaday is racing for a championship, roll over,' that's not my fashion. That's not anybody else's fashion out here.''

Hornaday dropped from third to fourth in points, his margin increasing from 15 to 48 with only one race left.

Busch and Harvick were fined and placed on probation for an altercation following the Cup race at Darlington in May.

The two made contact during that race and Harvick wrecked with teammate Clint Bowyer. Afterward, Harvick climbed from his car and threw a punch into Busch's window before Busch used his car to bump Harvick's out of the way.

Officials radioed each man's crew during a later race at Pocono, when Harvick forced Busch down the track while the two were fighting for position.

In May, Busch was ticketed in North Carolina for driving 128 mph in a 45 mph zone in a bright yellow 2012 Lexus. He later pleaded guilty to speeding and no contest to reckless and careless driving, and lost his driver's license for 45 days. He was fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 hours of community service and put on one year of unsupervised probation .

During the Cup race in Texas last fall, Busch was penalized three laps - the first for speeding on pit road and two more for flashing an obscene gesture through his windshield at the NASCAR official who signaled the infraction while standing in front of Busch's car.

      Nice article.

NASCAR Must Come Down on Kyle Busch As He Again Proves He's a Punk by Wrecking Ron Hornaday by Mike Cole on Fri, Nov 4, 2011 at 11:22PM Do you like this story?Kyle Busch finally needs to be taught a lesson he can actually learn from. While it's unlikely that it will come in the fashion he really needs -- a swift kick in the behind -- NASCAR can do the next best thing by giving him a figurative swift kick in the butt.

Busch may have turned in his lowest of lows on Friday night during the NASCAR Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. After getting a little tangled up with Ron Hornaday, Busch decided to take things into his own hands as the caution flew.

He sped up to right behind Hornaday where he got into Hornaday's truck some. As Hornaday began to get loose, Busch delivered the knockout when he nudged Hornaday's bed as he was turning, thus forcing him into the wall, head-on no less. If you haven't seen it, see the move below.

Luckily, Hornaday was OK after the wreck. His championship standings may have taken a beating (more on that in a bit) as the wreck ended his night, but he was able to walk away. Busch was sent right to the garage.

In short, it was a pathetic showing from one of the more hated drivers in NASCAR, a driver who seemingly revels in being the bad boy on the circuit. But when Busch starts pulling stunts like these -- at incredible speeds -- it's time to teach him a lesson.

If the drivers had it their way, that lesson would come in an old-fashioned way.

"That's just ignorant and stupid," Hornaday said Friday night, according to USA Today. "I don't know what you want to call it. He's such a candy-ass. He won't stay around to get a whooping like he's supposed to get. It's a shame. It's not like I did anything wrong. I ran him down from a straightaway. He knew I was faster."

Hornaday's boss, Sprint Cup driver and truck team owner Kevin Harvick, shared in his employee's disdain for Busch's childish acts. Harvick, who was also running in the Truck Series race, didn't mince words as it happened.

"Kyle Busch is going to get his ass whipped, I hope," he said on the in-race radio, according to USA Today. "He better sit in his motor home. I'm going to find him."

Busch wasn't going to hide from what he did either. He acknowledged after the wreck that frustrations have gotten the best of him, as well as a little foolish pride apparently.

"If I just lay over and give up everything for Ron Hornaday, that's not Kyle Busch's fashion. I'm out here to win a race just as much as anyone else is," he told SPEED, who was broadcasting the race.

"I ended up losing my cool. I've been wrecked four weeks in a row, and finally I just had enough of it."

So, because Busch lost his cool and had enough of things, he decided to intentionally wreck another driver. In short, the move was "Busch league" at best.

Unfortunately, the wishes of Hornaday and Harvick won't come true. It's unlikely that someone is going to hunt down Busch and teach him the lesson he's had coming to him for so long. That burden, then, will have to fall on the shoulders of NASCAR.

Often, NASCAR decides to look the other way when it comes to in-race discipline. "Boys will be boys," is the usual retort, and in most cases, they're right. It takes a certain breed to get into a car or a truck and race around three- or four-wide at absurd speeds, and as Dan Wheldon's death reminded us, you always know the risks.

NASCAR can't let this one slide, though. It's one thing to do a little rubbing. After all, rubbin' is racin'. But what Busch did on Friday night was intentionally try to -- and succeed to -- wreck another racer at one of the faster tracks on the circuit.

Making matters worse, Hornday entered Friday's race 15 points behind the Truck Series leader Austin Dillon. Hornaday's championship chances are on life support after wrecking on Lap 15 with just one race left on the season.

That will take a backseat to the bigger issue here. Luckily, Hornaday's championship chances were the only thing severely hurt on Friday night in Texas.

Busch likely won't get the beating he deserves from one of his colleagues, so it's on NASCAR to finally send him the message he'll actually listen to. Otherwise, his next stunt may cost someone more than just a championship

He said that if nascar didnt do anything that he was going to buy Tommy Baldwins 36 cup car and make sure he didnt finish a race for the rest of the year. Also I guess they live near each other. Busch also needs to be careful about not only Hornaday but also Kevin Harvick cause he owns that team.

I would wait until next year and if Busch is in contention to win the championship, take him out of it.

I don't know much about Ron to comment on what he will and won't do. But harvick is as big a pussy as Kyle. Its a known fact Kyle won't fight, so harvick is always looking for a reason to fight Kyle. I have said it before.... harvick talks a mean fight but won't do shit when the other guy is telling him to bring it. Stewart, montoya and Spencer have proven that.

He really needs to shut the hell up and let Ron handle his own. But for the record.... I do think Nascar made the right call and Kyle needs an ass whippin. While during green is one thing.. under caution and speeding up was bullshit

This is the exact reason I have hated that sorry SOB since he started. He has no regard for others safety and cries like a little bitch when someone accidentally bumps him, then intentionally wrecks them.

I will agree. But that can be said of most drivers out there. When they get wrecked, the other driver is an idiot and blah blah blah. When they are the ones who caused the wreck, the excuses of..... " oh it wasnt my fault." or " I didnt mean to wreck him." come out.

Besides Kyle, the only other driver in recent years that openly admits when he wrecks somebody for payback is Carl Edwards. Difference is Carl wont run from anybody.

Do you seriously want to open that can of worms? If charges get filed here then you open the door for it at every race based on whoever that local authority is? He was an absolute idiot and should be punished by the sanctioning body period! This is what you get when Nascar says "boys have at it". This shit happened weekly in the good old boy era of Nascar.

i understand the boys have at it and put it in the drivers hands and have them handle it. But that was clearly over the top. Hornaday could've been really injured. Also consider that it was done under caution, not under green flag. He needs to grow up and start racing like a man. He loves to wreck people and dish it out, but when its done to him he cries like a little bitch. The one thing about Earnhardt was you never heard him complain about that.

I have no problem with anything Nascar dishes out to him. They need to make a statement now because this is becoming increasingly common. Martinsville last week had several instances of retaliation that could have ended up badly. I just think suggesting police get involved and charges be filed is just silly.
