about Logano, I thought JGR rushed him too soon. His only win came in a rain shortened race, and honestly has he made any noise this year? He could very well turn into Casey Atwood. I thought the best way for JGR to handle Logano was to have him spend 1 year in truck, then 1 year in nationwide, then cup.

Well I think AJ is better than Montoya IMO. He has been carring the banner for RPM this year. Couple years ago he had a good Daytona 500 car. I thought he wouldn't be able to adapt to nascar, and his rookie year showed that. But his 2nd year in the 84 he got continually better and better. And you have to give Gordon some credit, he did have some good years at RCR. He also is a pure owner/driver and I dont think he has an alliance with anyone.

Gordon ran a few good races for RCR but was never a real threat. He has what, 2 wins I think. both at road courses. He is an owner/driver now but doesnt make every race. He cant seem to land a sponsor for more than a few races at a time. And when he does, he has yet to complete a race or complete it without being multiple laps down. There has to be a time when you get in his position and say....... I better go to the smaller circuits before I go completely broke trying to race the big guys with deep pockets.

He should have left him in the nationwide. He does pretty decent there. In my opinion, the problem was when Stewart left so sudden to buy the majority of Haas racing, he really didnt have anybody in his stable that was worth a damn to run the 20 car. The others already had major sponsorships.

im sure hime depot and greg zipadelli really miss stewart. cause yea stewart would have his meltdowns, but that car was always up front. now it takes a miracle for that to happen it seems. im wondering if zipadelli is wanting to go somewhere else. im not saying Logano has talent, but he needs to have more experience first.

yea, i think he just dosent have the equipment to race in cup. maybe he needs to switch his focus to nationwide where he might run better.

Shorter season and less money involved. Seems the older washed up guys that were never good when it was winston/nextel cup have been running good there when Kyle isnt killing them.

Its a shame that there have been so many great young drivers that could have/should have been the next Jeff, but were brought in to early because of their success in the rookie series. Its different when your beating never will be's or never was' types.

Your right about Robby, he is to stubborn to admit defeat and will go broke before long. Feel bad for his crew who never know if they have a job or not week to week.

I think the best way to bring in a young driver is to have them do what greg biffle did. Spend some time in each trucks and nationwide and gain experience before you move them up to Cup. Its rare that you get someone like Denny Hamlin or Ryan Newman who jumps right into Cup racing and have success.

yea michigan can be like that, the indy car race was more enjoyable to watch i think. i watched that, man TK had a good run going until the backend came around on him late in the race. Man I was pissed.

i mean im not that big of a Nascar fan but i always seem to spend my Sundays watching it lol. prob wont watch nexted week i hate road course racing that's even more boring to me. but i cant wait for Daytona.
