    Press conference scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm:

    State attorney: Jameis Winston sexual battery case decision coming Thursday

    Tallahassee-area attorneys tell Yahoo Sports the decision to schedule an announcement is a sign they believe Winston will not be charged.
