Dirk shooting 3 for 14, we got out-rebounded by 22, had 19 fouls, and only 2 players in double figure scoring = tough night

Spurs own the Mavs again from what I can see. They've won the last 7 games. I remeber back in 04-07 they would always split the series.

Oh that was a painful loss against Spurs. I changed channels halfway through the fourth quarter, I had enough.

Went to the game last night. It was a treat to see Dirk score 40 as I am sure those are going to be rare with his age and limited minutes he now plays. What makes it more impressive is he was ice cold in the 1st quarter (the whole team for that matter) and only had 2 points after the 1st quarter.

Unibrow is gonna be a good one for the Pelicans....heck he already is.

Yea watching that was impressive. Kinda had the same feeling when vince dropped 50 against what was the hornets a a few years ago.

Cant believe Mavs blew the lead/game last night.

Tough loss for sure. Dirk missed a few that are almost guaranteed points for him. Ellis had a lower offensive performance to top it off.

On another note, it was nice to see Blair and Wright get a little more involved offensively and score a few more baskets than normal.

Mavs downed the Suns and the Spurs lost at home to Portland. Mavs with a rematch against Portland tomorrow night, hopefully they can make it 2-0 against the Blazers.

Can't believe the 1 point loss to the Nets. But when 2 of your shooters go for a combined 10-30 it's bound to be a rough outing.

Busy watching OKC/Miami as it was WAY more exciting...


Caught the end of the Mavs game but lately, I feel as though I am watching the Cowboys once the 4th quarter rolls around though we were constantly fighting off a 7-10 point deficit. If all of your energy is used fighting a deficit, then what are you going to do once you actually tie the game up?

We fought, though it turned out all too familiar to me...
