Red Sox third baseman Will Middlebrooks has hit 3 home runs so far today against the BlueJays. Will is a Texas boy. I knew him when he was in elementary school. His dad was the AD at our high school. I remember playing video games with will between 2 a day workouts when I was a Freshman and Sophomore. It has been pretty cool watching him work his way through the farm system, and now making a name for himself in the show

Will has been solid. Brought up ladt year when youk was injured. He never left. His first big league home run was a GS over the monster (I could be wrong on this, its just what is stuck in my head). He got sidelined when a pitch broke his wrist. He had the potential to give trout a run for rookie of the year

Eh, not meant as a brag. I lost touch with the family over the years. Had a couple of conversations with Will a few years ago. I could approach him before/after a game and I would probably have to explain who I am. Just wanted to share that another Texas/NE Texas kid is making it, rather well, in the show

Marquis' pitch goes way high/inside(head level) on Matt Kemp(looked like it got away from him, not intentional to me)
A little while later Greinke plunks Carlos Quentin in the arm.
Quentin takes offense to this and starts walking towards Greinke.
Greinke says something about "Fuck You" or maybe something about his mother to Quentin who is now charging the mound.
Greinke drops his shoulder into Quentin and still gets knocked on his ass.
Benches clear.
Dogpile ensues
Bullpens empty(the pens in Petco are right next to each other and they could have just fought out there if they really wanted to)

While the umps try to figure out who is ejected and who can stay and play, Kemp charges across the field yelling something(probably unkind) to the Padres.

Kemp is being restrained by a few guys but still yelling at everyone(umps included).

Inform Matttingly of who can stay, who has to say "bye bye". Kemp is gone.

LA brings in Capuano(sp?) to pitch... he gets as much time as needed since Greinke is leaving due to injury, not ejection.
Greinke has a broken collar bone from trying to take the hit at the start of the tussle.
