He's going to have to amend the Constitution to serve a 3rd term. I don't see that happening.

If it does, time to pack bags and beat feet.

And there are far worse, too. How many of the far better quarterbacks are available?

LOL, there wasn't an amendment prohibiting it when FDR was president.

Romo makes stupid plays, no doubt, but he isn't the core problem. Jason Witten aside, his receivers have the combined IQ of a raisin. The O-line is useless and has been for a long time. The running game is under utilized and ineffective, mostly because of the offensive line play and no depth behind Demarco Murray. Lastly, the coaching is pathetic.

You put Brady, either Manning, Rodgers, Brees, RG3, Luck, or any other "Elite QB" in Dallas and you are going to have the same results.

I think people are going to be happy with the next few yrs. We are in the beginning stages of something bigger than when FDR was in office. It should be fun to watch it unfold.

Absolutely. Jerry is the biggest problem. Get rid of him and Dallas will be immediately better.

Slow your roll, chief. Luck and Griffin are elite now? Griffin didn't even survive the season.

Hence the quotes. When discussing QB's, most people put both of those above Romo. My point is that you could plug any QB into Dallas as they sit and it would still be a losing team. That doesn't mean that you could plug romo into a SB quality team and have him win it.

                          TONY ROMO STATEMENT:

I want to thank the entire Jones family for believing and trusting in me to finish my career as a Dallas Cowboy. There will be no greater reward, besides winning a Super Bowl, than playing my entire career as a Dallas Cowboy.I am excited about the year ahead and some of the changes that we have made to allow us to be a better team going forward. This is an organization that always gives us a chance to win, and that is always the main focus here. We haven't had the type of success that we have all wanted the last few years, but I do know that we are on the verge of doing that. I have been around good teams and bad teams and our team is about to take that next step with a lot of things that are taking shape around Valley Ranch. Today just further instills that and I am excited about our team and the direction we are headed. This football team that we have is a good team and with all the people we have coming back and the things we are doing behind the scenes, it will make us a very difficult ball club to beat. I am excited that ownership and the organization believes in me to get this job done. Our goal is the Super Bowl and I am determined and honored to be the guy in this position to help our team do that

The only hope for the Cowboys is that Jerry dies or that someone offers some crazy amount for the team and he sells it. Beyond those two scenarios you can forget them doing anything meaningful.

I still think Griffin is destined for a short career.
