    snapping at 1 second is more about him taking forever at the line. he does it on every fucking play.
    Maybe he is actually directing guys in the wrong position. No one ever thinks he may be over managing the situation.
    THrow the fucking ball away instead of throwing it to the other team.

          He does take forever at the line, giving the defense a jump. Part of it is the line, part of it is him. No, that's not a coaching decision.

          Yes, he makes boneheaded plays at times. I'd be willing to bet, if you went back and looked at game footage, over 60% of those interceptions can be blamed on the unintelligent receivers running wrong routes, tipping the ball up, etc.

          The line is a major issue. When they had a good line, they had a shitty defense. They had a solid defense, then they all got hurt, plus a shitty offense. No run game after Barber (they used him incorrectly when they had him, hence his fall off), and before Murray. Terence Newman singlehandedly cost them so so many games. Garrett's play calling has been horrid, every year, outside of the year he took over midseason. Garrett tries to do smart, complicated, and creative things, but his players are too stupid to pull it off. He needs to dumb it down. I'm all for creativity, complexity, and smart plays. But he doesn't have the personnel for that. I mean, there are a million other factors. There really are. But because Romo plays the most spotlighted position, for the most spotlighted team ( historically) in th NFL, he catches 250% of the blame, and that's all a bunch of shit.

                        It doesnt matter what they pay him he's medium at best and that wont get you a ring. Everybody seems to know this but Jerry. Nothing against Romo but there are far better QB's in the league.

                          He will probably get a third term. Get ready. FDR served 3 terms go back in History and see what was happening in those days. What is happening now is 10 times that so he will gain alot of power over the next few years.

                                Knowing the guaranteed portion, and how Jerry tends to back end the contracts, this is the way it will go down in all probability. That, or he gets seriously injured before the contract gets heavy, because they have done nothing about this shitty line.
