Walgreens sells BAC testers for about $50, they are next to the pregnancy tests. Not sure how accurate they are, I've had 2 of theirs. i think its also a combination of if you've eaten and also tired. A good attorney can get him plead down to possibly Class B DUI due to the time delay. There's a specific calculation they use for blood-drawn BAC because of the differential. He wasn't a .16 at the time of the accident therefore he cannot be tried for Class A.
