    Pretty sure he's talking about the probation that's coming for Oregon. That is if Nike money doesn't stop that from happening. Carroll saw the writing on the wall and got out. Chip might be doing to exact same thing

      He may well be. I just don't like the fact he said he was staying then jumped. If Oregon gets penalties so be it. Between hockey and college FB my sports life is suck right now.

        Yes I know he was a NFL coach prior to going to USC.
