Former Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels is expected to discuss the offensive coordinator job with the Minnesota Vikings on Friday, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported. That job is still being held by Darrell Bevell.
McDaniels, who is known as an outstanding quarterbacks coach and offensive play caller, has not worked with a team who ran a West Coast offense in the past. The Vikings have been running the West Coast system since the 2006 season.
