You'll be surprise what money will do. Plus why would he want to stay in cincy when he could coach a good team?

ESPN Dallas - Adam Schefter reporting Rob Ryan to join Cowboys as DC.

I really, really like this move.

Rex Ryan's twin brother, buddy ryan's son.

Cleveland D Coord. Oakland before that. 2 rings as a LB coach under Bellichik.

Why do you really like that move? Is he a strict DC? Cause I think that is what the cowboys really need. Someone that will get into their faces and someone that won't put up with shit.

He's a tough coach. He has a little fun, but he's a no mercy type guy.

OMG if this is true it would be baddass for our team!

I think it was a good choice. He did make a culture change and introduced some discipline and accountability in the locker room, practice room, and film study.

He worked under Jimmy Johnson. He has a good idea of what a real football coach looks like. Now it will just be down to him maintaining the momentum they had towards the end of the season. Some good off season recruiting. I think they have a winning record next year under Garrett, if they can retain some of the talent they have. I'm not a Romo fan and I think his back ups can out play him any day of the week, but that's just my opinion. And I'm sure many would disagree.

You could do worse that Jason Garrett as a Head Coach.

Any relative to Buddy Ryan is a piece of shit IMO. Dumb move. He better perform.

Somehow I missed this the first time around. No way Green Bay let's Capers go.

                        That's ignorant.

Ryan has performed everywhere he has gone. As bad as that Oakland team was, he had them ranked third in defense. And he demands turnovers. Everywhere he has gone the turnover ratio has improved under his direction.

He is exactly what this team needs.

Cowboys expected to announce Bryan Baker (coached in Carolina under John Fox) as the DL coach today.

I'd say the Dallas Cowboys are moving in the right direction.... Only time will tell though.

Will he be able to pressure the qb. Because no one on the line can.
