I like the fit, we'll have to switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 which means Langfold's spot will be deleted. Quinn, Brockers, and Long as the front 3 isn't bad, hopefully we can find or draft a couple of good LB's and a safety to replace Dahl.Los Angeles Rams 11-5

Rich Bisaccia leaving Auburn for NFL
Calvin Watkins
ESPNDallas.com | January 25, 2013
After just 22 days on the job, Rich Bisaccia has left Auburn to reportedly take a job as special-teams coach for the Dallas Cowboys.
Bisaccia, who spent the last two seasons as the Chargers special teams coach, left San Diego for Auburn after he was hired to become a running backs coach/special-teams coordinator on Jan. 3. AL.com reported that Bisaccia will accept the Cowboys job later Friday.
"Rich had an offer that he felt he could not turn down and we wish him nothing but the best," Auburn coach Gus Malzahn said Friday in a statement. "I'm excited that Tim [Horton] will be coaching our running backs. He has a tremendous track record coaching some great backs and I'm extremely confident that will continue here at Auburn. Scott [Fountain] is someone I tried to hire as an assistant coach a year ago at Arkansas State. He is a great coach with a tremendous work ethic, and his strong ties in the state of Alabama will be an asset to our program."
The Cowboys looked at numerous candidates to replace Joe DeCamillis, who left to take the same position with the Chicago Bears. Bruce DeHaven and Alan Lowry also were finalists for the Cowboys job.
Bisaccia was the special-teams coach from 2002-10 for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where he worked with new Cowboys defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin and defensive line coach Rod Marinelli.
The Chargers had three punts blocked under Bisaccia's watch this season.

He is decent DE and with a better supporting cast around him he might shine a little more.
My lack of knowledge about the NFL? Are you shitting me? GTFO of here with that bullshit.

Fortunately, Ryan's tenure with the Rams was well documented...
January 24th: [Gets hired!]
January 25th: [Returns home. Cleans van.]
January 26th: [Packs up van for road trip.]
January 27th: [Drives to St. Louis. Texts his brother a picture of his feces from an Arby's along the way.]
January 28th: [Arrives at Rams facility.]
[Enters Jeff Fisher's office wearing only cowboy boots with stirrups, chaps, a leather vest, a cowboy hat and a holster equipped with a King-Size Baby Ruth.]
Rob Ryan: Listen, pal. The way I see it, there's only room for one slightly overrated coach that hasn't really done anything noteworthy in the last ten years or so around here. This team ain't big enough for the both of us.
January 29th: [Gets fired.]
