It won't happen this year, but I'd love to see A&M play Oregon for the National Championship

You big WTF(otherwise known as big 12-2-2+2) guys are fucking delusional. You can't deny what's coming. A&M football has new coaches, a new attitude and money being pumped into the program for facility upgrades. Whorn's worst nightmare is A&M's immediate success in the SEC and that failure of a network called the lhn. Thanks Deloss!!

The aggies played a great game...one game. They don't own the SEC yet. Horn's worst nightmare? Don't flatter yourself. The Big 12 won't miss a lick. I will miss the rivalry (40+ years of watching for me), but other than that, c'est la vie.
New team and new coaches arrive in a new conference. Big year with huge win over #1 ranked team in there house
Congrats
Now continue it next season when your star WR is gone and RB is gone and I will say ok A&M's getting to be a very good team.
Just like Texas manny Diaz he came to UT had a huge year then year 2 everyone has tape on him as he isn't new anymore and he is fighting for what he gets as he gets exposed.
A&M deserves a congrats however lets see next year if Johnny mugshot can run over everyone when they have tape on him to prepare with.
A&M is fresh new material besides this year what can each team use to prepare for ?
Lots of football left. The ags finish out at home with cupcakes. The question of where it takes them is up to UT
Can ut beat kstate which puts bama back in it and A&M in a bcs bowl.
Are you serious? So, A&M is just the same 'ol team? Okay, I guess you can just disregard Manziel, Sumlin, Kingsbury, etc.
Big 12 is a good conference, but to think the SEC isn't the best conference right now is just ignorant or naive.
It's like you didn't comprehend what i was saying. I didn't say they were the same team, I just think if they were going up against Big12 offenses they would have a harder time. Your typical sec offenses aren't lighting the scoreboards on fire. And that's exactly why aggy is able to hang in close games, cause their defense doesn't have to defend a spread high speed offense
and where did i say the sec wasn't the best conference??
right, because the Big 12 has 2 BCS Championships, and the SEC has 8.
and you did see the part where six of the SEC teams were in the top 10, right?
And I'm not sure if you guys even watched the game, but that wasn't some roll over win by A&M over Alabama, it was a hard fought game, and was very close to going the other way at the end of the day. A&M's two losses, to higher ranked teams (Florida and LSU), were both also close games, in which A&M lost by 3 and 5 points.
Playing SEC teams, especially SEC caliber defenses is what's making A&M a better team along with a stud red shirt QB and fired up young coaching staff.
I can't believe none of you aggy fans even mention y'alls Oline. That offense(especially the running game) doesn't work near as well without those studs up front.
I'll post more later but both sides of the line deserve credit. If you look at the first game our o-line had no clue JFF would scramble like that and gave up after a few seconds. Now they hold their block until they hear a whistle. The d-line has really stepped up, D. Moore is a considered to be a top 5 pick and is only a JR, Neally and Ennis are up for All-SEC (Neally made Alabama double team him, their all-american center could not take him by himself), and Obiho or whatever is a freshman stud. I just hope we don't lose too many of the underclassmen leave early.
I think the SEC is overrated at times, especially when the media blows them up. Like any of them could actually beat an NFL team.
This is honestly a down year in college football. But i still love it. I think the SEC is the toughest conference, but the Big 12 isnt far behind.
It looks like a lot of the talent is spreading around the SEC now and not just at LSU/Alabama/UF/Georgia.
Say what you want about A&M but they are gonna recruit a lot of great players from Louisiana, Georgia and Florida with that style of offense and opportunity.
BTW: I went to the gym today and sure did see a lot of people wearing A&M shirts out of nowhere. LOL

It does suck that we are losing Swope and Micheal, but if you have watched any (or all in my case) of the games you will notice that eVans and Molena have done nice jobs of picking up the slack.
Now imagine you are a top 5 RB or WR in high school in Houston or other big TX metroplex. If you saw that game Saturday would it at least not make you harbor the thought of playing for A&M and with Johnny football? Nobody knows for sure, but I can only suspect that from here on out A&Ms recruiting classes will only get better and better
I'm still going with the SEC is now, and always has been overrated.
Well there have been 14 National Championship games played since the inception of the BCS system. The SEC has won 8 of those National Titles, the Big 12 played in the Big game in both 08-09 and 09-10, both OU and UT lost to SEC teams Florida and Bama. Also an SEC has won the BCS Championship game everytime the SEC sent a team to the Big Show. The only time an SEC team lost was last year that was LSU and they lost to Bama an SEC team. The Big 12 is 2-5 in the BCS Championship game since it's inception. Also the SEC has beaten the Big 10, Big 12, PAC 10, ACC and the SEC (themselves) in championship games. How are they overrated?
Fact SEC: 8-0 or 8-1 when an SEC team or 2 appear in the BCS Championship
Fact Big 12: 2-5 when a Big 12 team appears in the BCS Championship
You opinion lacks any data in which to qualify it.

SEC top to bottom is overrated, plain and simple. Just look at Miss. St. this year, played a bunch of cupcake teams and just because they're in the sec they got up to #11. Then they started playing good teams and get dropped out of the top 25. Like i said, the sec is just like every other conference, top heavy with a bunch of mediocre teams after that.
