  • Texas vs Iowa St.

I'll get to watch it. Will you?

Nope but I'm more interested in seeing how Alabama does against a faster type offense than they are used to. I have no doubt they will win but it will give them a taste of what the championship game against KState or Oregon will be.

Ditto. Though aggie is looking better than I thought they would, it's time for the lambs to be led to slaughter.

First offensive play of the game for Texas is going to be out of the wishbone to honor DKR. I hope they actually run this more than once

Kstate and Oregon's offense is nowhere near the same

                That'll be neat and respectful.

Didn't say they were just that they are faster paced or can score faster than what Bama is used to or has played against this season.

That's what I heard. Very cool. I would love to see James Street, Jim Bertelsen, and Steve Worster be part of a half-time dedication to Coach Royal. They were pretty much the original "wishbone" crew, and beat Notre Dame in '69 using it.

Maybe not like yesterday, but I do remember it. We were at my grandparents house because they had the massive 21" RCA!
