Lmao!
Indianapolis Colts star Dwight Freeney is being sued for more than $400,000 for allegedly failing to pay rent for his Hollywood recording studio, TMZ reported Thursday.
The lawsuit states that Freeney — who owns a record company — agreed to pay $37,000 a month to rent two floors in the Edmonds Tower building which is owned by Tracey Edmonds, the ex-wife of famed music producer Babyface.
Freeney allegedly paid for the first month’s rent when he signed a one-year lease in July but has skipped payments since, the entertainment website reported.
The landlord is suing for $422,150 claiming they could have leased the floors to other tenants but were “induced” into letting Freeney stay because of his “financial stability through his career as a star NFL player.”
