There were rumors that they were going to fire ozzie 3 weeks before the end of the season.

Miami management is what really needs the overhaul. They fucked up in the offseason when they signed Reyes before talking to Ramirez about moving position. They spent a ton of unnecessary money on Reyes and H. Bell. And tried to go after Pujols. Then when they start shitting the bed this season, they dump Ramirez, G. Sanchez, A. Sanchez and a few others. This offseason, they have also traded Bell. And now they have dumped Guillen. Which they knew exactly what they were getting when they signed him and then act shocked when Ozzie acts like Ozzie.

I think they should have tried to hold the group together longer to see if they would become a team. Right now, I'd almost put money on next year being a sub-.500 season for them also.

And Miami would be fools to trade for A-rod, which probably means they are working on the details of the deal.(and it will probably be announced during the WS, like A-rod's last deal)
