                          Yeah, but does a hand count as down like a knee, ass, back, or elbow, or does it count like a foot (2 feet have to be down, but only one knee has to be down)?

                              I believe it is the same rule as the foot.. even if your heel touches first inbounds, if your toes are out of bounds it is an out of bounds call. I foresee a max influx of Texans bandwagon fans in the near future. lolol. maybe if they start sucking total balls soon cowgirl tickets will be cheap by the end of the year. i would like to go to a game just to see the stadium. (and watch them lose, again. lol)
