I hate this crew as much as anyone, but none of them claimed that. They entertained the possibility, but leave it to this board to run a mile with that bit.

They've been obnoxious and awful the whole night, but the criticisms floating around in here are hardly golden. Take offense to them calling him potentially the best hitter of all time, sure, but none of the comparisons have really been off-base. Beat into the ground, for sure, but hardly as dramatically outside the realm of possibilities as the Cowboys fans are making it out to be.

It was a good pitch, he just put a good swing on it. I think Washington is too quick to intentionally walk a hot hitter, though. It makes sense when it's Pujols to get to Can't-Buy-A-Hit-Hamilton, but going from Cabrera to Fielder because your pitcher fell behind 2-1? Disagree.
