He said he felt a "pop" in his hip when he landed after hitting the fade-away jumper, and then the muscles around his hip immediately tightened up. Said it was a very weird feeling. No further reports that I'm aware of as far as how he is or if he will play tonight.

Well I think I saw him comeback into the game last night. Hopefully its nothing.

Hard to say anything good after blowing a 15 point lead in the 4th quarter and then losing in overtime, to the Bobcats. We only had 24 points in the paint, shot .405, had 19 turnovers, and got out rebounded 53 to 43. I swear sometimes I really wonder if there is something rubbing off from the Cowboys since you never know which Mavericks team is going to show up on game day.

Kaman and Mayo are playing really good right now. Hopefully Marion will be back in the lineup soon(possibly tonight or tomorrow night), really need his presence on both sides of the ball. Next game is tonight @Indiana.

I dont think the Mavs will do much in the playoffs this year but i do like this team.

Kaman is instantly the greatest Center that score in Mavs history.

Crowder is a steal

OJ can play when he isnt being a ball hog(referring back to his USC/Memphis days)

Collison is a good PG who can get to the hoop.

Brand will be better when he comes off the bench for Dirk.

The Mavs might make a splash next season, might not but i still like this team so far.

I wouldn't be counting them out after a mere 9 games. Dirk will be back before long, and he should be ready to go after a lot of extra rest and rehab on his knee. The goal all along has been to have him back before the midway point in the season and hopefully keep him at full health on his surgically repaired knee down the home stretch.
