  • Cabrera's Triple Crown

Anyone else think its pretty damn cool to see him doing it?

Maybe if it was someone other than him, yes.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

I don't have any issues with him, other than he is on the Tigers. I just think its cool that we finally get to see someone do it in our lifetime.

They were saying on the radio this morning that they might sit him tonight so his AVG doesn't drop.

Leland has already said if he wants to play he'll play. So if he sits, i guess that's totally on Cabrera. I'd rather see him play the last game intead of what Ryes(sp?) did for the Mets last year to insure that he won the batting title

If (god willing) Josh hits a couple dingers he will play. Good to see one after so many years and he should be the MVP too.

Josh ain't gonna do shit. He's already cashed it in.

I remember Frank Robinison winning the crown in '66, because I was playing little league ball, and Brooks Robinson (another Oriole) was my idol. Yaz won it the very next year! It's been 45 YEARS since a triple crown winner, so yes, I'm excited, no matter who it is.

Tainted by HGH -- no questions about it. The really sad part is that Trout has been much better as far as total player goes.

Are you really going to use this arguement? HGH or not, this is very impressive, one of the rarest things to accomplish in baseball.

Yea, ignore all those tests these guys have to take now and Ignore he only had 44 home runs.

14 players in the history of baseball (Hornsby and Williams did it TWICE!). I think it's huge, and frankly, I never thought I'd see it again in my lifetime.
