Alright, everyone finally gets to see a Longhorn game, 8:15 on ESPN.

Wish i was going so i could experience partying in The Grove. They're expecting over 100,000 people in The Grove and around 20,000 of them to be from Texas. That would be fun

And if this is the first time seeing this team as a 'Horn fan, keep in mind that this team is still extremely young. 21 soph and 12(?) fresh have played so far this year with something like 4 starting seniors.

Should be a good game through 3 quarters with Texas widening the score in the 4th.

On a side note, the Ole Miss QB Bo Wallace was turned away by Texas this summer as a JC transfer. Guess we'll find out if Texas messed up or not.

It was a beating during the Red River Shoot Out last year when all i heard from Musburger that UT was such a young team.. Yeah so was Oklahoma last season.

But UT should handle them. Ash is still a turrible quarterback.

They were, and they still are. That's what happens when recruiting is shitty for a couple of years and people leave the team. You're forced to play a bunch of young guys. That SHOULD start happening less after this year.

UNT is happy with anybody. Look at the '08(redshirts) and '09 classes, how many players are still there or even playing? Hence the 4 starting seniors on this team. So yes, those were crappy recruiting years. The 2010 class was better, but mainly on defense.

and you mention Ash, it is aggravating at times watching him but you have to keep in mind that he's only a sophomore and still learning. Now, if he would just learn to throw the ball sooner and get more hang time on the deep passes, he wouldn't be quite so aggravating to watch. Hopefully timming can be taught
