He tried to be Belichik. The problem is, Belichik seems to always have a master plan or reasoning for everything he does.

I just believe they gave him way too much power and responsibilities all together. He was no replacement for Mike Shanahan that I'm certain of.


I think any team is better off without Randy Moss he is a nuesence and a disease on any NFL team.

I agree, but look at Romo, all of his ability is for not because can't lead. I'd rather have a field general than an arm. This remains to be seen with Tebow though.
