Those are my two guesses. Would sell so many tickets in Florida that it would be hard to pass up. Especially with the current QB situations that both of those teams are in, and they could both use ticket sales as well.

Miami has already signed Garrard to a 1 year deal.

It's only a one year contract, Garrard is just an insurance plan in case they don't get someone better. Tebow would be a long term type of thing, and they have ran that Wildcat stuff before. I have heard that they haven't shown interest, but you never know. I wouldn't count em out.

Jacksonville would make a little more sense I guess. Tebow is from Jacksonville, and that team could use ticket sales more than anyone. Tebowmania would automatically make the Jaguars a team that people in Florida would actually consider relevant. With how mediocre the Dolphins and Buccs have been, they may actually become Florida's favorite team for a couple of years. Which is just what that franchise needs if they don't want to end up in LA. They could have a Tebow vs. Gabbert battle, and end up looking smart if either one works out. If Tebow wins out, they have one of the most popular players ever. If he doesn't, and Gabbert ends up being great, your team looks good for spending a 1st rounder on him. If both work out, you're sitting pretty, and if niether work out you're in LA.

The Dolphins would be crazy not to get him if for anything to fill the stadium.

Chiefs, no reason for picking them either.
