    Fire Redheaded Jesus, Campo, etc. and bring in...

    John Grueden, thats my take. He's a good offensive mind, has a ring. And can motivate with his aggressive style, I like it.
    IMO, Jerry Jones needs to step down as GM, Fire most of the coaching staff., Kitna, Newman, Brookings, have to go. I would also like to hire a baddass defensive cordinator like Dom Capers. Time to clean house and bring in some change by people that know what the fuck they are doing...'H'

      Wow. I mean everyone is entitled to an opinion but that is harsh. I'm still not sold on Gruden.... I say if Singletary gets fired Dallas should pick him up for a defensive coordinator. I agree Newman and Brookings need to go next season. Kitna has earned a right to at least be the back up from what I've seen so far.

            To add to my DC list, Perry Fewell (NYG), Rob Ryan (CLE) or Mike Pettine (NYJ) and last but not least Mike Nolan (MIA) and guy can only dream....
