                    at least its something, this time last year I dont think he would've gotten that contract let alone a starting job.

                      Well when you think about who is left on the market, he's the best of the worst. Not only that but they're not low enough to draft a QB without trading up and giving away something in future drafts or a high profile player. I don't think they had any of option once Manning chose Denver.

                        yea, i just wonder if Smith is going to have any bad feelings over that. He shouldn't, he should know that its part of the business. For Example, dont be a Lamar Odom
