Forte was responsible for something like 55% of the Bear's offence last season. (don't remember the actual percentage, but it was either just over or just under 50%) That's crazy for one player on a team. He's the definition of a "feature back". However, I don't know why he's mad about Bush being signed. They needed a back-up, especially since Barber retired. I'm thinking that it's more about getting franchised after doing so well the last few years, and then they go around handing out long term deals to new players.
As far as the Cowboys trading for him, I would say it would be a bad idea. Nothing to do with him, he would be a great RB for Dallas. But DeMarco Murray showed the same type of potential as Forte if not more, and he's younger. We would have to give up too much to get something that we already have a younger, possibly better version of..223 > 911

Not to mention Forte already has a problem splitting time with Bush, what makes you think that he would want to split even more time with Murray. We would end up with the same problem here that they're having in Chicago. So as bad ass as a Murray-Forte combo would be I just don't see it working out in our favor.
