            • This looks more like batting practice than it does an actual game.

And the Rangers started off the year with Chicago and Seattle.

Chicago has started to right the ship and I think Seattle will be the No. 2 team in the West this year.

Still the Rangers did have Minnesota, but I thought that series could have gone either way since Morneau and Mauer came back. As it turns out, it didn't.

Are you saying the Rangers aren't the best team in your eyes?

                  • Our whole starting lineup reached safely at least once. Crazy.

And Rangers are the best (right now)

Not at all, they undoubtedly are, but I didn't think your reasoning held much water there in comparison to the Rangers. That said, I don't think LA is astoundingly good.

Great to see the bats come alive tonight, but not sure what to make of the win. People are still holding out for Boston to right the ship and come alive as one of the good teams in the AL, but I just don't think they're going to do it. They're old and they don't have pitching. The Rangers will get their first real test this weekend, though. No doubt about that.

Good win (great offensive performance and great throwing from Colby), but I'm not speechless or anything. It's a little weird expecting the Rangers to win every single game they play, wildly unrealistic as it is.
