    Oh i agree, some of his decisions at times are weird but its kinda of hard to question him with the success they have had under his watch.

      True, they have had quite a bit of success under Wash. Its easy to win games when the offense is producing, and the pitchers are hanging zeros. The issues arise when the pitchers are having trouble, the bats are a bit cold, and he tries to force some production with questionable substitutions, pitching changes, and roster changes. Those types of things aren't really issues when you are rolling and the wins are coming easy. I'm sorry, but with the magic number at 3, and needing 1 win to guarantee a spot in October, but a rookie with a shaky swing and a .176 batting average shouldn't be a pitch hitter in a 3 run game in the 8th inning. Clinch a play off berth, tie up the division, and hell, bring up the entire frisco team to play for all I care. But until then...

                      If Uehara can keep up the way he has been pitching, it shouldn't be a HUGE loss. The question will be whether that loss of that quality arm from the bullpen will hurt. That can only be answered by the quality of starting pitching...
