    I saw an interview last night that said Rivera has been trying to talk Girardi into letting him play center for 1 game before he retires. I'd expect him to come back next year and that will be his last, unless there is no way he can pitch again he doesn't strike me as someone how would let their last season be one they hardly played in.

      While I hate the evil Empire, I hate to see a future Hall of Famer go down that way. I would rather see him go out on his own terms.
