lol nah, just saw it on a show on PBS last night about Jewish baseball players.

PBS has been showing quite a few baseball docs the last week or so.

One of the reasons I wish they would have built it with a retractable dome. I refuse to go to games in the summer. Evening games aren't as brutal, but they still suck.

I'm ready for spring training to be over as well. Finally bought a couple of tickets to games today. Weekend in April against Tampa Bay and a weekend in May against the Jays. Not sure if it works to every game or not, but found a code online - "verizon", that gave 50% off of tickets.

On www.texasrangers.com, click on "buy tickets", then find the game you want and click on "buy tickets" again. Then another window pops up with the seating chart. In the top right hand corner, it has the event details and just below that it says "Enter coupon code here".

Yeah, finally found it. You didn't purchase tickets for the first weekend of April though because promo codes aren't accepted for those games, which is what I was trying to purchase.

And I just went back and read your original post and am trying to find out where I got "first weekend of April" from. What a day.

Yeah, the TB game is in late April and the Blue Jay game is over Mem Day weekend.
