Why is Mark Lowe getting meaningful innings? He's supposed to be brought in when the Rangers are up by 6-9 runs and in no other situations. Horrible decision by Wash.

Some of the stuff Warsh does with his line-up bugs the piss out of me. Soto DHing hitting .200 while Moreland's on the bench. Then you pinch hit for Soto (0-2) and expect something to happen? Base-running is horrendous and I'm wondering if some of that is also on Warsh. I guess I'm just a little frustrated by how they look at this juncture.
